The Yummy Yank is back by popular demand as Official Dessert Sponsor of the 2026 BASE Awards

27th August 2026 – The British Association for Screen Entertainment (BASE) is delighted to welcome back The Yummy Yank as the Official Dessert Sponsor of the 2026 BASE Awards, taking place on Thursday 5 November at The Londoner, Leicester Square.

Bringing together 500 guests from across the major studios, distributors, platforms, retailers, agencies and creative partners, the 46th BASE Awards are the flagship celebration of UK Home Entertainment. The night will see the industry’s standout campaigns, creative work and commercial innovation compete for coveted BASE Awards, while celebrating the talent shaping how audiences discover, access and enjoy film and television beyond cinema – from established industry heroes to the next generation of rising stars.

After proving a huge hit with guests at last year’s Awards, The Yummy Yank’s handcrafted brownies will once again provide a suitably indulgent finish to one of the biggest nights in the Home Entertainment calendar.

Founded by American expat Lisa Gair, The Yummy Yank has been baking its much-loved brownies and sweet treats in the UK since 1997. What began in Lisa’s home kitchen was inspired by her father and uncle – affectionately nicknamed Yummy and Yankee – and has grown into an artisan bakery known for generous flavours, quality ingredients and a distinctly American approach to indulgence.

This year, guests can look forward to another selection of The Yummy Yank’s signature flavours – with some favourites from last year making a welcome return alongside plenty more to discover.

Lisa Gair, founder of The Yummy Yank, said:

“I’m so pleased that The Yummy Yank is returning as the Official Dessert Sponsor of the BASE Awards for a second year. It was wonderful to know that our brownies played such a memorable part in last year’s special celebration and we’re delighted to be bringing them back for 2026. With the Awards moving to The Londoner, it feels like an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking forward to creating another delicious selection for guests to enjoy on the night.”

And there’s an extra treat for BASE Awards guests this year. The Yummy Yank is offering an exclusive 15% discount on online orders, with postage included. Simply use the code BASE15 at checkout. The code is valid until 30 November 2026. For Christmas orders, customers can add a note at checkout confirming their preferred delivery date and including any gift message.
